Pathways to Wellness Conference

The Wellness and Recovery Committee of the Northern Virginia Mental Health Foundation sponsors “Pathways to Wellness,” this day-long conference. 
This year’s theme is “#This Is Us: Resources. Resiliency. Recovery.” and the conference features keynote speaker Jennifer Marshall, co-founder of This is My Brave. The conference will celebrate mental wellness and recovery – spend the day learning how to find your “brave” through storytelling, song, dance, art, companionship and resource sharing.
