Parenting Workshop: "Parenting the Whole Child"

Beginning next Wednesday, February 4,The Del Ray Montessori School will be offering an interactive six-week parenting workshop, titled "Parenting the Whole Child," which will draw on the insights and concrete recommendations in Adele Faber and Elaine Mazlish's effective book, How to Talk So Kids Will Listen & Listen So Kids Will Talk.

Moderated by DRMS elementary teacher, Laura Pallandre, the course is open to anyone in the community and will take place at Bon Vivant on Mt. Vernon Ave. (now serving wine & dinner!) from 7:00-8:30pm on 2/4, 2/18, 3/4, 3/18, 4/8, and 4/22. 

 Feel free to attend as many sessions as you like (cost is $20 per session or six for $100). Each session is themed around a different chapter of the book. Reading the chapter in advance of each session is suggested but by no means required.

All proceeds will go to the school's New Building Fund!
